Rope Sample Set - 3/16" Rope and 5/16" Rope - 1 Yard Samples
Not sure which of our amazing 100% cotton ropes to use for your project? The “Rope Sample Set” is a great way to try our two signature ropes at the same time!
This listing is for a 1 yard sample set of both the 3/16” and the 5/16” 100% cotton solid braid rope. This natural cotton rope is custom made in North Carolina, USA for The Mountain Thread Company.
Order in multiples of 1 yards; indicate length by selecting quantity. You will receive the length that you request in both rope sizes. For example, selecting a quantity of “2” means that you will get 2 yards of 3/16” rope and 2 yards of 5/16” rope. Multiple quantities will be cut as a continuous length.
We recommend the use of a heavy duty needle and a high quality thread for your rope sewing projects.
For coiled rope basketry, please note: this rope is the same diameter as the rope found in The Mountain Thread Company’s DIY kits, and can be used interchangeably with kit supplies.
